Refund policy
At Research In Beauty, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@researchinbeauty.com with a photo of the damage. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement.
In exceptional circumstances, store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.
